With effect from
January 2009, the Britten-Norman Customer Support network has
changed. From offices in the UK, USA and Australia, the support
network now operates 24 hours a day 5 days a week.
The worldwide
support team is backed by a new operating system and support
database provided by Quantum Control and is connected using the
latest in IT along with a global, internet based telephone system
meaning that your call can always be taken by one of our offices
regardless of time of day. The team is further supported by a
large and growing inventory located with
BN Logistics, the
Group's warehousing and international distribution subsidiary.

provides all spare parts, exchanges, MRO and technical support
services Factory Direct
All of our
support personnel are fully trained on our product range and are able
to provide first line assistance with technical queries. In
addition to this, the support personnel now have direct access
to the UK based Continued Airworthiness team (a division of the
aircraft OEM, Britten-Norman Aircraft) who are able to provide
in depth technical advice, repair schemes and documentary
support, including manuals, service bulletins and airworthiness
directives.
Britten-Norman also provides on site technical
support through its international Maintenance Repair and
Overhaul subsidiaries, BN Aviation Ltd (UK) and BN Aviation Pty
Ltd (Australia). Our Service Engineers are all experienced
licensed aircraft mechanics with in depth knowledge of the
Britten-Norman fleet. Services range from airframe, engine and
avionics maintenance, modification installation and structural
repairs through to aircraft surveys, valuations and on hand
