Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join Britten-Norman Limited, producer of one of the most successful civil aircraft ever manufactured in the UK.
This role is based at London office in St James’s Square.
Purpose of the role:
To provide exceptional administrative support to the CE, Directors and wider team as required, be responsible for the day to day running of the headquarters office space and act as the first point of contact by phone or for visitors at the London headquarters office.
Primary Tasks
Main tasks will include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive and the Senior Executive Team
Preparing and co-ordinating meetings and conference calls, including issuing agendas, assisting with presentations, taking minutes, circulating action logs, chasing actions and arranging refreshments.
Co-ordinating and managing all incoming calls for the Britten-Norman group of companies, assisting other receptionists to cover lunch and holiday periods Manage the London Headquarters Office building and facilities matters including liaising with third party suppliers.
Assisting with document management including filing, archiving and storage.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at grade C or above with at least a grade B in each of Maths and English
2 A Level grade C passes (min 160 UCAS points) or equivalent qualification(s)
Duke of Edinburgh Silver or Gold, or equivalent challenge achievement is not essential but would be desirable
Required Experience
At least three years’ EA and office administration experience within a professional busy office environment.
